this may be a dumbass question but does it say status closed or is it gone completey? cuz you might be hitting the delete button 0_o. just a thought. not trying to imply anyone is dumb or anything but everyone has there moments where they just click click click going "yeah yeah yeah, ok ok just get it over with." hell everyone has thouse moments on a daily basis even while waiting in a long line....

also are you sure someone else isnt deleteing it like someone else in the house or where ever your computer your using is? like your loged on or whatever?
