at site before 3 or 4 years ago charge more ZP and collect EP and U will get it perm also m4a1 silver and AK silver

I'm not sure if M16A4 is still available. It used to be exchangable for coupons, for 90 days. I'm not sure if you can find it in Attendance check for 7 days now or not, but check it once you get "Primary weapon ticket"

Pretty much this, however it is not in Primary Weapon ticket from attendance system. In the primary weapon ticket, it is the M16A2. You can obtain the M16A4 from Weekend Reward boxes and Event reward boxes from the same attendance system. =]
