The work of the support? Money, money, money and nothing more?

Hi at all.

My english is not the best, so please forgive me. I'll try my best.

I wrote a lot of tickets:
About players with "Hitler" (or nearly the same) in there names.
About glitchers ingame
About hackers ingame

And want happened? More and more nothing happened.

Example #1: I wrote a ticket about a player with the name "mr.hitlar" - with the link. Today i looked at it and what did i see - no namechange. This player still exist with this name. But the support said they will do something about it. Sorry but i see nothing.
Example #2: I wrote many tickets about hackers - what happened? Nothing again. Some tickets are open OVER 1 YEAR!!!!
Example #3: I wrote many tickets about glitchers - what happened? NOTHING. These players running through CF NA.

But hey, i wrote a ticket about my opinion - nearly the same like here.
I said, that we (the players) want to help with this tickets - but nothing happened - so why should i wrote tickets against them when nothing will change?
And what was the answer from the support:
"...However, please note that repeatedly violating our Terms of Use may result into a disciplinary action to be taken against your account...."

Against me, against my account? Because of my opinion?
The "good guys" get a disciplinary action but the "bad guys" can play more and more games. They can hack and glitch and nothing happened.

Oh yes, this must be the right thing to work with the players.

Example #4: The map "Downtown" is (in my opinion) actually the worst map - so many spots where they can glitch. But not since a couple of days. No, since some weeks.

I cant see anything of the work from support.
Ok, more and more VVIPs weapon to get more and more money.
But it seems that the support dont need happy players, they need just the player who throws all there money to them.

I am here since over 6 years. But i think this will end when the support will read it.
It would be nice to get an explanation about these points, but it would be better to get muzzling some guys like me.

Dont make the game fair, dont make it better.
Just cash the money.
