My friend can't play, help please !!!

My friend would like to play but he has a problem: He choose a server, then he choose a channel, then a room, then he join to map, and after loading he is kicked back to screen "choose server". He reinstaled game a few times. Please help somebody.

Which OS does he have ?
CPU?
Graphic Card..
