Hackers on ranked games!!!!!!!

Firstly i want too say something about hackers. In ranked games exist a lot of hackers who plays with aim and wall but CrossFire GM's doesent ban they. What i can do to ban this hackers pls tell me. I make reports every day but anyone doesent got ban. thanks !!!!!
