EST stands for Eastern Standard Time which is what is used in Canada for their time. You need to look up the current time in Canada and compare it to your current time in your country. This will tell you the difference between the hours and then you can use this to time when you need to be ready for the GM Live Stream.

Canada? thanks Abel, 1 more thing
what about the time of +1 hour of summer time and that time, we already dont add more hours in summer time or delete it and back it to normal, we did that 1 time, then we not doing it anymore, so is there +1 hour of the summer time or what ever the time they add? thanks again

Yeah, that happened one time since some countries were ahead of others. Like I explained before, just google the current Canadian time and compare it to yours. This is probably the best way to do it.

Honestly they need to put a Server Clock back on the website and even on the client/launcher for the game. That'd be ideal for many people and make things simpler probably.

I mean...it wasn't the massacre Kanadian made it out to be either....i was expecting a completely flawless victory...

lel last time i was in twitch, alot guys said that Kanadain will dance or something like that in some old GM that they said she will be in game next week and she will play cause Voilet and Cinder will be busy next week or soemthing, but rumors are rumors
