didn't the GMs say that there is a change coming?

Not official but the hype around February patch and in other threads suggest we should get something changed in February either Weapons or new Coupon system. We need to wait till next week, but has been an official answer that we will get coupon changed very soon.

When we get the change in the coupon system the GMs will announce it in the maintenance/patch notes.

However, they have made statements that would make us think a change is coming soon...
There's a lot of speculation that it'll happen either this patch or next. However, that's purely speculation.

With how openly they are talking about how epic it'll be, one would assume that it isn't that far off anymore.

I do hope that their praise of these changes will end up being just as praised by us players. They certainly sound confident.
