Hack problems

I have played this game since 2009, and spend lots of money on it. But there is one problem that z8 never solved is the hacking problem, I have to admit that every game has hacks but at least you guys do something about it. I have sent so many hacking reports and seems like you guys just left it there, don't even bother looking at it? I'm so disappointed about that.

They don't mark them as read/closed sometimes. They look at every single report, but since there are so many per day it takes time.

Hacking will never stop, but i play the game since 2009 and i know the feeling they should atleast fix it somewhat. There was moments like in 2013 where it calm down a little but came back stronger made me quit the game.
