its about when my mouse and keyboard freeze

ooh god... i never though i will have to do this but dont worry i will do
ok , my problem is when im playing(in other words in the middle of a game), my mouse and keyboard get freeze, what i did? i went to support from the hompage , when the support page loaded i click in crossfire , ok the answers from the questions dosent fix this so i send a question in this link http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx ,the 1srt answer was that i must configurated my pc to the language US English , ooh gooood i done that in december/2008 , ok since i already done that i send another question ,this one was with more info and i will try to write it how it was

well , they or you(i dont know if you are the same people of the support link) answer me that it was laaaagggg , ............................. OOOH HOLLLLYY CHRIST!!! ITS NOT LAAGGG , how i know this? because when my mouse and keyboard freeze(this is the worst part) IM STILL IN GAME AND I CAN SEE PERFECTLY WITHOUT LAGGG HOW THE OTHER PLAYERS FIGHT AND I CAN SEE HOW THEY KILL ME AND I CANT FIGHT BECAUSE MY MOUSE AND KEYBOARD ARE FREEZED FOREVER AND WHEN THE GAME FINISH AND THE SCORE BAR APPEARS AND THEN I JUMP TO ROOM , MY MOUSE AND KEYBOARD ARE STILL FREEZED , IN OTHER WORDS I CANT QUIT CROSSFIRE OR QUIT THE ROOM.................................. sorry about the big words but im desesperate.

@ in other words i cant play any game , everytime when i enter facebook or minijuegos and i play , THEEEE FREEEEEEEEEEEZZZZEEEEE!!!!!! i hope the additional information will make that u can help me and if u know how repare this tell me pleaseee.




P.S. im from a country with spanish language and i want to know if my english is good and if i writed something bad in english , i want to be not a fool in english =D
