I have a question about reports!!!who sees reports? .... and why it takes so long for a player to be banned???I made a report 3 weeks ago and it is not open!!!I write this post with the hope that someone sees and take action against hackers!!!GM told me to do reports.....yes ... but at least make something!!it's useless to waste time doing reports....as long as the situation is unchanged!!! A good day to everyone!!

No one nows how much time it need becouse alot of reports are arrived so it take alot of time to chek.
I hope you dont report me joking cya on game Cox.

A select few GM's have the job of looking through all the reports. Since a lot of people report daily and there aren't that many GM's working in the office for CFNA i'd assume that there is quite a bit of backlogged reports. To this end I think if you fill out the information wrong they probably don' even view it.

As for who Reviews the Reports, it's people separate from the GM Team who communicate from the Forums, as for why they take so long, one reason for it might be the volume of Reports they receive on a daily basis.

Add in a few false reports here and there, and the Support would waste 10 Minutes of their limited Time per day watching replays where there are no transgressions to be found.

Patience Grasshopper...I have reports that have not been "Opened" for more than a few months. I takes time for GM's to go through the countless hack reports. Also, the players you think are hacking may, in reality not hack at all. There are alot of reports that are just "RAGE" reports that waste valuable time.

The GMs are in charge of the support - both answering questions/unblocking incorrectly banned accounts, testing the game, monitoring the forums, testing new content, designing events, testing events as well as looking at all the hack reports etc.

If your report has someone hacking//breaking any other Term of Service, they WILL be dealt with in order.
