I woke up this morning, opened the game but I was loading some youtube videos on the browser while opening the game so the internet was kinda slow, I logged in with my account, entered UK 4, before even entering the channel I switched to my browser then came back to the game, got "Disconnected from server" message so I pressed okay and the game closed, I opened the game again, when I typed my password I was shocked to find that my account has been permanently blocked, like what the hell did I even do!

Ban can be given for many reasons. The best thing you can do is contact support and they will look into it as none of us here can give you an exact reason. Can be old files, or unsupported background executable files, DLLs etc. Submit ticket hope you get the result you want.

Its rare that you would get banned for just having a browser open unless you're downloading something that might change your files or on a sketchy site. If it was just YouTube then I would definitely send a ticket and include a screengrab of all the programs you had running at the time of the ban. You should always screen shot those error messages/ban messages.

There is no way you got banned for having youtube on your browser. I don't remember last time I logged in without youtube in background. Try with an alt account and see what happens, also send a support ticket.

I already submitted a ticket but waiting for their reply, I never changed the game files or anything like that, I hope they can explain the reason behind that other than typical auto reply messages like every other ticket

GL Bro same issue here .. but i was only try to play Ranked match then got perm ban AND after 16 tickets to support center i got the same answer in every time -_- i think you will say good bye to ur acc

send a support ticket and tell them ididnt use malicious software or un supported background
