The room you tried to join will not work if this happens, no matter how many times you try. Other rooms should work. If not, try another channel/server.

If you mean the account has been blocked, you'll need to submit a ticket.

i am playing on uk4 only and it's came the error alot when i make new room and we are all ready the game start automatic then i get error any idea to fix it? i change ISP and still have same problem

This happens to everyone at random times. Best thing to do is to report it through a Support Ticket.
