Is there something wrong with the RAZER deposit option??? Can't top up ZGOLD with neither VISA nor PAYPAL but I can deposit through the regular PAYPAL option.

You'll have to ask Razer about that one, Z8 don't manage their services.

Yea it is. You are not the only one to experience this and Razer is aware of the issue. Sending them a ticket wont help u much. They will tell you this.



I recommend you buying a Paysafecard. Thats how i solved it.

Yea Razer's zVault is run by Razer not Z8 so you'll have to send a ticket in on the zVault site. But you'll likely get either what virus posted or one that says something along the lines of:

'Your account was flagged for suspicious activity by our payment gateway. Wait a few days to see if it resolves or try another payment option such as PaySafeCard, Dollar General Gift Card, or Subway Gift Card.'

My account on zVault was also flagged. Not sure if it ever got resolved as I haven't needed to buy anymore ZP yet so haven't bothered trying to top up more gold on there for a purchase. But if you want to use the zVault option (and who wouldn't with the bonus ZP and stuff you can still get from it) then I'd suggest doing the PaySafeCard as well. I'm sure you can find a store that sells that card somewhere near you.

that's what I got from customer service and they solve the problem perfectly.
I think you need to underline the problem that both paypal and credit card won't work and they are supposed to work correctly, for example, in other sites, they work but not on Razer Zgold purchase. Then the customer service will probably work out a solution for you. if you just said you can't top up zgold with paypal or credit card, they can't know which side causes the problem.

Yes it works for sure. Bought almost all my zGold with paysafecards without any issue. Like u see in my post^ even Razer recommended it.

I tried with my VISA DEBIT once and got the error, but my bank was charged, I really don't know what is happening with RAZER, I somehow think they purposely doing ti with Z8 so people can't get the bonuses.

You should really pay attention to the words you use, make customer service feel that they have obligation to help you(and they should). And make sure it is not your paypal acc problem neither your credit card, so you can point out that is their site has problem which block the transaction.
The more detailed your description, the better chance the customer service will help you out.
And after that, I think it depends also on the customer service, some people are nice and some people maybe not that nice. so try to send more tickets(but don't spam, never).

Dont worry, happened to me too and I got my money back after a few days. See this ticket.

so this is the first time when customer reply to me when I sent my first ticket (I sent 2 tickets to solve the problem)

he said my razer zvault acc is flagged and he advice me to go to bank.

So I went to my bank in the week and everything is fine, my bank account is absolutely fine and shouldn't have any problems. That's why I sent the second tickets
In the second support ticket I explain to customer service what I found after I check my account in the bank, so the conclusion is Razer's site has a problem.

their tech support is definitely capable of handle this issue.


so we have the same problem, account is flagged and unable to recharge, my advice is go to check your bank account just in case, if everything is fine, go send a second ticket and tell them your bank account is absolutely fine to push the customer service works out a solution for you.
and then the problem should be fixed.

Strangely enough I had the exact opposite problem;
I bought a paysafe card and I couldn't do the top up, so I used my visa and everything worked fine. I returned the the paysafe card to the place I bought it and I got a full refund (although I had a pretty bad scare that I just lost 80 euros :P), so no harm no foul, therefore if you are worried about the paysafe card I believe you shouldn't be.
