I am disappoint.
This is very irresponsible from SGW to let UK servers continue having problems even after it's been more than one month since the lags and crashes first started. What amazes me most is that the fact that even after having reasonable amount of time to fix these problems, what we see is just some reskins of reskins of reskins of reskins, and not proper fixes of ongoing problems. I mean the servers of any game are like the cattle of any farm, so just like the whole farm depends on the cattle and other livestock, your whole game depends on the proper working of servers. This just makes sad, and as [GM]Kanadian put it so creatively, 'das' ist not gut.

The UK servers are flooded with lagger's @ the best of time's. one day they might get a ping limit on @least 1 of the 5 servers. No fun playing with a guy on a flying carpet.But i did say in the new year we are gonna have some fun :P CRASH BANG WOLLOP ....

Same story with NA servers and high pingers from egypt and whatnot. That means that there's no where to go now? CSGO, LOL, DOTA, WOW, COD, BF, and what else is there? -

They're not just sitting back letting the servers have problems. If the servers have problems, less people play. If less people play, less people spend money. They are a business/company. They are here to make money. Why would they purposefully lose money?
I'm certain they're working on it trying to find a fix, but things take time. -

I don't understand what you want to prove. Half of your post is exactly what I said in my post.
If you didn't understand what I stated in OP then I'll try to make it easier for you. I said that they're irresponsible to have these problems go on for so long time because at the end of the day it's only going to affect their own business, but you already agree to that. And no one want's to lose money purposefully, unless they're very, very irresponsible. Read OP again.
Again, everyone knows that they must be working on it, but as I said, two months is way more than enough time to solve any major problem relating to any hardware, software, or networking issue. And it's not like they have to fix a couple thousand servers. No. It's only 1 server, and that's UK4. Things used to take that much time when my great grandfather in 1530 used to print books, and not in this age of technology. -

Because you think they have a "solve all server problems now" button on their keyboard, just waiting there? Do you know where the SGW HQ is and where UK servers are? They already tried several fixes, which didn't seem to work, but they are working on it.
You metaphor is not adapted to this situation, because if part of the cattle is sick and giving it medicine doesn't work, the cattle gets killed.
Also it's not just UK4, I've seen the same issue in other UK servers, but complaining about it here isn't going to magically bring the solution to fix this.
tl;dr : be patient. Stop assuming. Closed.
