account bann !?

hi my acc was banned till 1 year. 1 year ago i get some new computer i install cf try to play and become some hack error after that my acc was banned i write to the support first this time and they say we can t understand youre message! so i played other games because im ****t up...... now i start playing agin an wirt to the support much times to rebann my account and they always say they dont do that because i disregard some rules. but i haven t disregard any time the rules i have nothing in my hackhistory on the accpage !!!! its just a simply bug or anything i think ! but the support do not rebann.... i know it s a difficult theme but they dont have any proves its mre than 1 year ago ... i just want back my acc for play it was a good account i invest more than 2000 euro in this acc!! now its banned for nothing ! i have played ESL level ! I was a good player and other player say much times i hack or anything but i dont do that ! i have played crossfire longer than 7 years now ! im a honest human who just like to play with my friend s and have fun and hacking is no fun it s just ab****. so please forum help me to get back my account !
watch my acc (IGN: LoRdyZ1) and look for the KDr and for the weapons that is not a hacker account ! i dont now what i can do the support does not take me seriously. That not only makes me sad and angry at the same time. To be honest I am even very disappointed. So please please please help me!

If you broke the rules and your account got banned for it, there is nothing else you can do.

Nobody on the forums can help you since we are not the staff for CF North America. The only people who can help you is Support because they work for Smilegate West.
