Harvet Ribbons Missing?

Is anyone else missing the recent Harvest Event Ribbons? I only qualified for 1 of them, but they don't even show up on my profile as existing as limited time ribbons. I just wanted to see if anyone else was missing them/couldn't even see them on their profile before I submit another ticket.

I think this is more of a personal problem, I don't know anyone who has encountered this problem. Like the GM said, just submit a support ticket.
