Best M4a1 Variants?
SO, a couple months back I got the M4a1 XS Ancient Dragon. Stoked on it, its a sick gun. Now, after doing some comparisons, I have still been unable to figure out a few things. If anybody has some insight, that'd be cool.
Does it have any less recoil than a regular M4a1? If it does, how does it compare with the very accurate M4a1 Custom? (The original, not the crystal versions).
And finally, comparing it to the M4a1 Patriot, does the M4a1 Ancient Dragon have the same reload as a regular M4a1, or is it boosted like the M4a1 Patriot? If anyone has both of those guns and can comment, that'd be awesome. Cant find any reviews online that are in English. Seems like all of those youtube posters kind of died out.
Apart from that, let me know if you think your M4a1 variant shoots both of these guns out of the water. All of the dual mag versions are awesome, ive had the chance to mess around with the spring(jasmine?) dual mag and the Ares dual mag, and they are both sick. Also a big fan of the M4A1 CQBR AP Dual Mag. THe spray on that scope. And if it was wall bang, would be hands-down the best non-VIP M4a1.
And yes, I know any VIP M4 blows them all out of the water, except for maybe those dual mags and the patriot.

Well.. I own the Patriot, the Ancient and the dual mag Jasmine. You can try them ingame if u want?
The reload of the Patriot (2.04s) is faster compared to the Ancient (2.15s) and the recoil is also better. But both got 100% wall if I remember it right. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0SdUaDpj3s
The reload of the Ancient is faster compared to a normal M4 and I think the recoil is better too.

Cant tell if there is a recoil difference between the Custom and the Ancient.
The Patriot is the best non vip M4 in my opinion. Better than the dual mag. But the skin on the Ancient looks 10x better . -

Huh Deiv. I always thought the recoil on the M4a1 ancient was about the same as the custom or silver. Even though it says it says less recoil in the description, comparing it as best i could (by switching bags in TD and trying to remember the spray pattern by. But I wouldn't have thought it was more.
I guess next time I get some EP ill drop it all on that patriot.

Ancient Dragon does not have any better stats, it's just another reskin of the basic M4.
The only reason why I prefer my M4A1-VIP over all my other weapons, is the fact that it won't drop when I die. Other than that, I'm carrying three different reskins of the M4 in my bags, just because they're awesome. -

Yes stats wise it isn't any better but the performance in game varies quite differently. Take the TMP for example, it's stats are quite similar to other smg weapons such as the KRISS SUPER V yet it performs much differently. -

So did I , and we did not notice any wallbang at all.
