I cannot login website with correct username and password.

I can connect to the game with same username and password but I can't login to website with same username and password. Also I cannot resend password by using "Forget Your Password?" link is not working properly for any of my accounts.
I cant buy zp because of this.. There is vip weapons that I cant have because of this bug..
I created this account too long ago and I cannot remember the right information of my account. How I can send a ticket when I cant login to website? My brother sent a ticket to support but they did NOT even read the ticked and pasted an auto message.
I tried to complete the event but I can't login so I "again" can't see the mission status which I completed or not and even if I complete the event and I can NOT claim the reward.
I didn't buy zp so I can't give the information of this.

I dont want to change password, I dont want to change email. I only want to be able to login to website nothing else. There is no security problem ok?

This week I played too many hours and gained so many items with that account and I want this account as my main account now.

  • Since your login id and password is working on CF game - so they are correct then

    most like is an issue to your PC - you may have some addware programs, toolbars.. etc that interfeer with your internet browser and my block connection to z8 sites.

    Reset your internet browser to default settings and clear cache

    Try login website using Internet Explorer OR Mozilla Firefox - i just tested and work both

    P.S. Is worth to do a full PC scan using Bitdefender Rescue Disk - to see if you have any viruses or malware programs and clean your PC.

    I tried to login with this account and I can log in with this new account. But not with main account.
  • If you didn't log into the Website for a prolonged amount of time, Z8Games removes your access to the website, while your Account is still able to play the Game itself.

    Go and give the support a call, that should get your account back on track.

    I did, but they closed the ticket because i coulnt provide full information in my support ticket because i created this account in 2008 or 2009. I was a teenager when i created this account. I did and forget many things. How can i remember full account information after 8 years.
  • Thx for help, cf support never helps in any time. Always telling me some information was wrong, thats the problem. I cant remember some informations after ten years. They talking like robots and never trying to understand what did you said. I just created another account and started from over.
