Permanent bann for nothing!?

Hi I started playing again a few days ago after a break of 1 year and now is my account banned permanent. I do not know what to do yet I have already written the support several times but the saying that I have against the agbs and they do not re-activate my acc. I can not find it because I have been almost 7 years crossfire game and this acc my main acc is in which I have put a lot of money! Just because it would be stupid with this acc hack or anything else if I have other low acc with which I could theoretically make! IGN: LoRdyZ1 I do not know what to do yet please help me

If you want to know the reason on why your account is banned, you can send in a Support Ticket about it but like Danah said, nobody on the forums can help you with this issue.
