Crossfire account issue

So , im from Germany and 2 months ago Germany was able to create accounts again. I made a new account named "svej" my Main account is called "qV.svej". I dont know why but my second account is blocked now the reason it says when i log in is something like " its not aviable in my region"... So here is the problem.. i wanna change my Main account name from "qV.svej" to "svej".. i already bought the Change in game Name card. I also submitted FIVE support tickets where i say that it is MY accounts and it is BLOCKED and i really would like to have the Name... The support ticket told me FIVE times the SAME answer that MY second account is ACTIVE. HOW should my second account be active when i am the ONLY one who got the informations.... I told the support Center that i have all informations and that it is my account but i always get the same words, same letters back... Do you guys use a Autosystem to reply and dont even care? I hope a GM will reply to this and give me some informations..
