I can confirm that this is also happening to me. The only profile which I can open right now is Grumpy's.

At this time I am able to access my profile and ribbons via the 'My Profile' on the website. So I take it this issue was either fixed or just not effecting everyone?

Thanks Looks like our profiles are also correctly displaying Bag 1 equips too, now.
