High Ping!

Hello everyone

Since like 3 months I have been getting bad ping from 110 to even 200! I live in Amman, Jordan which I should get 70 ping. I called my ISP, checked my ping! and there was no problem.

I think there is a specific problem with Jordan, because I can see the others are not lagging. Except when everybody lag and get 2K ping! Which is a big problem also.

I live in Dortmund , Germany. I have 100 mbps internet connection and my normal ping is 35. Today it was jumping from 40 to 50.

Well, the servers did go into maintenance to apply some changes yesterday. Check your ping now, maybe it has changed?

Has yours changed at all with the recent changes, Abel? Interested to see how the new stuff is affecting people.

Ping seems to be the same, if anything it has gone up by 2. The average ping I got before the maintenance was 24 and now it's 26.

However, I did find it strange that my ping in NA has lowered to 94. Before it was around 102. If anything, I want the servers to be stable so you don't get server lagg while your playing. So far, the servers have been good.

Don't get me wrong but that is absurd, people in egypt wich is geographically near to uk and their lowest ping I think is 90. And here in morocco using a good internet we get 60 ping.

I used to get 70.

It's not stable at all. I have been playing all day long with constant 170 ping.

There is more interps (death behind walls) after this maintenance. Please revert back changes in NA server because I'm feeling lag spikes when playing.

Just as Abel said, more stable servers are better than anything. So if ping increases, it's fine as long as it's stable and no lags happen. Lags/lag spikes are the worst thing in FPS games...

my friends in Egypt get around 50 to 60!

Next time please double check your information first.
