I do have deposit with razer 3 days ago, there was no information at all about the timesend. ( tough it was 2 or 3 days like usual )
And now this.
lack of information from z8games. It deserve a compensation ( i mean, the 20k ZP missed and the create and slaughters ticket )
Since this is z8games fault for the lack of information. ( did not know the razer offer end in febuary ) due to z8 fault.
Will see if they give me what i actualy deserve ( nothing more of course )
What they will do gonna give me a clear idea of what i will do. ( Deposit ultra big or nthing at all and forever )
I stopped deposit long time ago and started again to give a try. lets see if they are fair society. Or that will be another +1 on the grow up no deposit people -

I'm not sure what you are trying to say but I don't see any misunderstanding what so ever. The razer deal was 25% till feb 28 which was repeatedly stated over and over through forums, now there is a 20% added bonus from Jan 20-22 which stacks onto the razer deal which gives you a total of 45% bonus including the bonus crates from the Razer deal and the January bonus crates.
Why should you get compensated for their marketing strategy? I call it business. -

did you buy through Razer during the time of the event (keeping in mind Server times and thus event times are EST)? If so submit a ticket with your transaction ID showing proof. If you truly did and have that then you should get compensated. but mine was automatic during that time so if you didn't get the 45% chances are you didn't buy through razer or you did so shortly before the ZP Bonus Sale started. -

Are you sure you didn't get the bonus? Because at the confirmation screen, it'll say something like "Success! 100,000 ZP added", without taking into account the bonus amount; but actually, you should notice your ZP balance has increased by 145,000 ZP.
