Can they seriously not read? The CORRECT ACCOUNT wasn't switched to my email you guys rushed on Friday and ****ed it up why the hell should I wait another 90 days that's full blown stupid I haven't been able to access it please look into the damn account & what's written in the damn ticket not a stupid automated reply.

  • First off, we aren't really allowed to post contents of Tickets on here.

    Secondly, if it really did happen that they switched it up, that certainly sounds regrettable, but it still is one of their Rules to only allow one Email Change every 90 Days.

    Although yes, I'd still be in favor of it receiving a second look if you absolutely sure that they switched up the E-Mails and that your Provider isn't somehow blocking the E-Mails.

    I remember my E-Mail Provider telling me that Z8Games has failed their Security Checks and that I should exercise caution in opening these E-Mails, perhaps your Provider just outright blocks these kind of E-Mails.

    It's a gmail, I do get a reset link but it isn't to the account I recovered I believe I'm changing someone else's password, I waited 90 days to get my account password. The email isn't under any other of my accounts I've had this issue since I "recovered" the account on Friday & yet still have no access to it since they didn't change the account I'm supposed to have back to my email.
