Dead maps

Hello guys, i wasnt playing 4 years and i started playing cf 3 weeks ago and I have a question. I play only s&d and I wonder why people dont play santoria, desertstorm, cey-han , sub base.,, only eagle eye????? Do they have bugs or what, i made room today "santoria" and 1 guy joined and we played 10 min alone xD because people wont join , then he left....

Most players really only play the maps they know and are "good" at such as Eagle Eye or Castle (Sometimes Festival or Black Widow but eve they're coming hard to find). If you choose another map or choose Random map, 99% of the time, you'll be in a dead room, unless you get friends to join you.

Castle was not that often played untill egys discovered that they can glitch on that map, after that it became highly popular with 10 year old egyptians because they could do some bug exploiting and get some kills. Same story with downtown but it seems that devs fixed the glitch fast so you don't see the map being played very often.

Very true, but that still doesn't change the fact that they only play maps they know and are "good" at. They only got to know the map Castle because of the reason you just stated. Now most of those bugs are fixed, they still play it because they know the map. As for downtown, they still don't know that map well, even after the exploits and bugs were fixed, because they haven't played it enough. See where's I'm coming from? =]

For most modes the default map is the most popular. We need some people tired of these maps to host more often

We will keep playing EE until we all die that's for sure...
People prefer the default map as Andrew said
In CF EU for example the default map is Black Widow, so you only see BW rooms there
If you play UK servers, everyday at 22:00+ GMT at channel 8 me and my clan are hosting a room and we play multiple SnD maps (sub, port, mexico and more)
You are free to join us if you find space

Oh believe me I started to hate eagle eye I more like random and I hate when I play random ND found the map eagle eye I have a stupid feeling when that happens

That's pretty cool, only 1700 here.
We rotate the 5 comp maps generally when we host.
