  • Check your bank account. they took me multiple times the 100 USD for only one deposit, i already send ticket on their site and waiting for answer. They already gave half of it back, but not everything have been given back.
6 times -95,45 EUR on my account, for 2 deposit. Just check your account people, and send ticket if they have taken more money than they should...
Are you sure the money went out or it's just a temporary hold? It sucks but temporary holds do count towards your credit limit.

I actually called the bank, there is nothing "hold" for now. Not even planned. Everything is on my account I checked all the transaction, they gave some money back, but actualy still missing 94,45.
And one transaction they took 4 euros more. I don't see any reason.
I do have send another ticket to razer. I have been scammed for way more in my country and always won.Even if this is a small things here, i will get at minimum a compensation in zGold.
I dream ? i let you informed. I don't like to be treated like when it is about money.

My bank said to wait tomorrow"just in case" but apparently nothing hold or whatever.
  • To answer those asking about the overlap of "Razer Gold Rush" event and the new "January Jackpot!" event: yes, the bonus ZP % does stack!

This means you can in fact get up to 45% bonus ZP.

I see, did you pay with credit card or debit card? Basically, maybe four days ago I went to top up 50k zGold with my credit card and it wouldn't let me. But my online account showed "temporary transaction" of $50. It remained temporary and lowered my available credit card limit by $50, but after 3 days the temporary transaction disappeared and my credit limit increased by the $50 (granted my overall credit card limit is really high so $50 didn't affect me 0.0).

I think waiting a bit might help. If they don't reverse, I would dispute the charges within the next 3 business days.

P.S. I think the 4 extra euros might be each game rate fees 0.0

Whoops, I meant, "If they don't reverse within the next 3 business days, I would dispute the charges." Basically, now that it's Friday, you may want to wait until next Wednesday. I know, who likes waiting? :(

This is the greatest deal of all time... ;)

One more error, should say *exchange rate fees 0.0
  • Keeps telling me that the Top Up was unsuccessful. From the previous posts I guess this is normal, but it's still pretty annoying.

I used 3 different cards, and 2 different payment options. All of them failed.
  • Does anyone know someone who won the razer guns permanently?

I sent them a support ticket and the response was: "Your top ups have been flagged by our payment gateway and have been cancelled. You may wish to try topping up again a couple of days later, or use alternative payment methods like SUBWAY or Dollar General gift cards if the problem persists."

Apparently it's not as simple as asking them to do whatever it is they need to do with my account so I can "top up", because the response is that I either have to wait or use alternate methods. I used paypal and credit card like I've always done with recharging ZP, so it's not like I'm using shady information.

It was fine for me the first couple of days, but now that there's 45% bonus I can't seem to top up e.e Welps, hope everyone else has better luck recharging ZP through Razer; it's definitely an awesome deal for those of you whose payments aren't being "flagged" 0.0

That's probably what happened to me. Might be stuck going out and buying one of those gift card thingies.

They probably didn't realise that someone would buy more than 500k ZP in one day...:p

Imagine them declining the Dollar General/Subway card... Now you're stuck with a ton of $1 items xD Or a ton of Subway sandwiches 0.0

    I also didn't realize I was that rich :P

0.o that sucks, good thing it worked out quite well for me xD

I wish... for me its limited to 200k per day :(
  • Razer zVault is giving me that unsuccessful Top Up issue on Paypal and Credit Card as well. At first I figured there was a transaction limit of a few times per day....then I tried agian 24 hours after my last transaction and it didnt go through still...waited a few more hours and tried again and it went through....so I figured i'd top it up so I could hit the 100k ZP purchase and get that 45% but the Top Ups were unsuccessful again.

I just sent the zVault/Razer people a ticket. What's been the typical response time for them for those that have sent tickets so far? I know it says 'within 1-2 working days' but wondering if maybe that's just a generic posture to make people not try to rush them and that they may actually address their tickets faster than that. Here's to hoping I can get this resolved quickly for that last 3000 zGold for another 100k zp purchase for max bonuses.

Usually it takes them 4h to replay. Expect this answer.

Sometimes it actually helps to wait a couple of hours. My patience wasn't the strongest today so I bought a Paysafecard. I recommend you to do the same, gl m8 :)
  • Tempted to buy more ZP but 1 razer crate is a bit ..... maybe too low? :P atleast 5 crates.
  • edit: hopefully we see the AK noble beast (permanent) added in the next VIP pre-order then I'll buy the pre-order.

I sent a ticket at 5PM Friday and the responded 8PM same day. I replied sent a follow-up at 9PM and they replied today... So it's decent 0.0 They reply on weekends, anyway.

Did you try using a VPN and a new razer account?

This worked for me. Topped up 3k gold coins successfully, then tried 5k which failed. Waited 1 hour tried again and it worked.

This is exactly the answer I got as well. Won't divulge into what constitutes as 'suspicious activity' either. My only guess is for some reason they'll randomly flag accounts because they're 'payment gateway' decides that maybe an account is using one's parents credit cards/payment info without consent. The only reason I believe that is because Paypal and Credit Card options don't work but in their ticket reply they push the pre-paid cards. Seems silly though. As i'm sure they could get access to verify people, like me, are not a kid and the Paypal and Credit Card that was being used was my own or they could request some kind of proof of info from me instead of saying it's out of their hands because it happened at THEIR payment gateway.

I will say though that they're support does respond well in terms of time on a weekend. I sent a ticket at like 7:30PM EST last night got a reply just before midnight. Then I responded just a few minutes after asking if they could clarify why they were getting flagged for their reasoning and pretty much just got the same response back a couple of hours afterwards. Unfortunately their support is useless telling me practically exactly what the "Unsuccessful Top Up" message had already told me. x]

Not sure if I'll continue using Razer zVault or not after this gets cleared up. Cause if I have to put up with this every so often it'll be really annoying especially if it happens during something like the doubled up ZP bonuses again. Bad enough you have to buy digital currency on their service...just to buy an ingame digital currency x] overly complicated. The only benefit to the zVault is the zSilver and stockpiling it to get good discounts or even vouchers for Razer stuff.

I also sent a follow-up asking what caused my payments to be flagged so I can accommodate on my end, but received an uninformative response.

Well, hope the issues gets resolved for the both of us, soon.
