My problem is i won only 9 super soldier matches and i realised that when the day was over, i finished the 20 TDM matches and tried to compensate the missed match but it was not counted, how much ep's would i take? Or it's already ruined?

You have to complete ALL the tasks to receive the EP. We cant help you but send a ticket and beg for mercy, gl bro

You will not any EP for this event unless each task was done on the day it was revealed. In your case you missed Super Soldier by 1 Win and for that reason you will not get any EP unfortunately.
