If by chance it's NOT what they mentioned...
what are the chances you've already purchased this once before and are purchasing it a 2nd time now since the EP shop was introduced? If I Remember Correctly the reset items are only available once. And while obviously the message you're getting says 'you need to be VIP...' it's possible that's just the standard error/can't proceed message? I mean...wouldn't be all that surprising if it was, would it? -

kd is almost 47k/29k I've never reset it my only vip on this account is the Shovel OB -
They prob didn't add the shovel to this list yet. The item came out before the shovel OB came out. But it's just my guess.

I don't understand the logic behind this 'Just send a ticket and don't complain on forums'. I mean, how convenient could it be for everyone who encounter the same problems and can find the solution right here on forums without having to go through support. It would save support's time as well since less people would be asking support's help for the same problem.
But it goes here like this, "Hello, I have xyz problem.", "OMG, I too have the same problem.", "OMG, I three have same problem.", "OMG, I four have same problem."
Then comes a GM or a mod, "Each of you send a ticket and don't make a thread here on forums cuz we want everyone to send a ticket for the same problem and it would not be smart for everyone to just find the solution on the thread."
Granted some issues are account related, but even in those scenarios having a knowledge of stuff can be helpful for other players and can help them avoid getting those problems in future. You can't get that knowledge from some random ticket answer one person received.
This logic is stupid. Forums are almost dead anyway. -

As long as the ticket isn't over the same topic, you should be fine sending another one. Spamming would be sending a ticket about x, then sending another ticket regarding the same exact topic before getting an answer.

I said that because it seems like something a GM would be able to take care of. Its not one of those "oh my cf launches in the corner of the screen instead of mid screen" issues that can be answered by a normal user.
I do see your point tho. Makes sense, but not always.
