Cheaters/Hackers are not getting banned!

PROOF!
So im playing crossfire for a long time, and i reported alot of people in these couple of days, like everyday 5 people, i never report a player without knowing that he is hacking, im pretty experienced crossfire player so im not judging with no reason,but i think the company gives a damn about these problems, i know you implemented new anticheat fine less hackers, but some of them are using some kind of better hack that bypasses even this anticheat.
So let me tell my story and why i think that you guys are not judging those who hacks.
First of all i reported players and they are still walking around with aimbots and wallhacks, nothing happened.
Second of all a player , who had aimbot, he said the truth, he said that he hacked for 3 weeks and still nothing happened to him ,he said he was reported by many players and still nothing happened.
I have proof that he said that, i have a ingame screenshot!
I reported this players some days ago his name is : <removed>
The image has high resolution so you can zoom on the chat to see the conversation!
He sais that the GM team does not do anything about cheaters, please fix this , its a major issue !
Hope you understand my problem, i think its not just my problem, i talk for the community please fix the report section as soon as posible! I will still try to send report tickets every day , and let's try to clean this game by the cheaters!

Hackusations aren't allowed here. Screenshots aren't proof since anyone can troll and the GM team can't ban without definite proof. Sometimes it takes time, but in the end, hackers get banned.
