So acouple of weeks ago there was an event called " joy to the ranks " or something along those lines. There was rewards for placing top 3 in each mode in ranked matches ( SND,TDM,FFA ) This event last 2-3 days and I was one of the players that was top 3 for FFA. (My Ign was Cre8ive but I changed it to BostoN).
the next day asoon as the event was over I posted on the forums on a thread in the barracks made by Glitta

Now here is the screen shot and HERE IS PROOF THAT THE SCREEN SHOT WAS UPLOADED ONE DAY AFTER THE EVENT.

As you can see in the proof I refresh the page and you can clearly see the time that screenie was uploaded at December 12th 4:29pm Est about 14 hours after the event has finished. So why was I not given the rewards ? whos fault is this and I want my ep. This is a complete joke. I waste around 20 hours of my time playing this sht for the rewards and I dont even get it because you guys cant even properly track who was top 3 in each mode at the end of an event ? And then to top it off why were you gms checking to see who was top 3 acouple of days ago ? why wasn't this done right after the event ?

* I know the gif is kinda **** quality so I can upload a video you yt if anyone wants to see more proof of these scamming scumbags

*Regarding their reply "Not on the list for the Top 3 in each mode" Can mean many things. Can mean that you need to be Top 3 in S&D, TD and FFA to get the reward, or can mean Top 3 in any one mode. Who knows, this would need clarification.

*Changing IGN would that have an effect who knows, but don't think it would.

It was top 3 players for each mode..

Changing my ign would of has no effect because if they had actually done there job and written down or tracked who was 1st/2nd/3rd the day after the event I would've of never had this problem but they feel it is alright to take stats 2weeks later after the event is already finished
I submitted a ticket and got hit with a complete lie, I feel like this needs to be in the public eye. how many times has these scumbags tricked us out of events that we've completed or won? To many times.

Think a good 90% of players here know that they lie frequent. and they seem to get away with it frequently.

To add it to the insult, I think they might have given out your EP to some other person who was second or third rank after 2 weeks of event completion. Then that person might have spent that EP in the shop and might have won a perm weapon. So, I think from their perspective, reversing all this would be too hard than just saying, "Our records show that you are not eligible for EP".

It's just a theory though.

I would love to see what date they actually went in and see was top 3 in the modes because after a week or so after the event I got bored and tried to play a FFA when someone was trying to host scheduled FFA games and I got deranked.. Its a complete joke.

I received my ep yesterday.
Maybe they checked the list on the 11th December and not on the 12th cause the event was from 7th-11th? But the banner says "by the end of the event" so it should be the list from 12th right?

The EP for the Top 3's has been distributed, this is based off of logs from our end so everyone can be assured that our information is accurate. Secondly, Please do not post screen-shots of tickets, as this is a forum rule.
