A ribbon problem,,

Hello,
latelly i've tried to do the free zp charge ribbon
but the only thing i got that i've from trying to do any AD is banned for like 10 minutes or something,, so seariously guys, what's that??
now i lost my Honorable soldier ribbon because of this?

And yes, the free ZP ads sucks. Often you get denied with it after 10min or so

You can't lose your honorable soldier ribbon from being banned from surveys. Mainly because we don't control the surveys. If you're banned from doing a survey, you'll probably have to contact the company the survey was with.

YES! i got blocked from the surveys.. how can i contact them?

Do a google search for "(Provider) support" or "(Provider) contact" or something similar, where (Provider) is the survey provider, such as Peanut Labs, or Super Rewards. If they don't have any support or contact pages listed, search for the name of the provider and look on their website for any sections or pages that look like they has contact information.

ahh, by the way i haven't done any surveys lol
i tried to open any but nothing happend, it said try again later or something.. and none of the ads had done
who should i contact now sir? you?

Good luck getting it back, but, if you contact the support: You should be prepared to receive a CopyPaste answer, as usual.
