Clan war Ribbons ?!

Why didn't I get my Clan War ribbons yet !! I'm sure that every match I played in SD I got +10 kills , & sure still alive for more than 4 rounds why I didn't own both of them yet ? & How can I know if I need for example +25 Clan war matches In 10x kills ribbon & +10 matches in 4x rounds ribbon , if I sent a ticket they will tell me my records ?!

10kills in +250 clan match ..send a support ticket

this mean that u need more games or u just wait and u will get it
If it passed more than a week and did not get it, and you're sure to finish all the tasks for this ribbon submit a support ticket

a tracker for ribbons would be such a great idea so you can always check how far your actually with your ribbon task.like they did for the last vent but only for all ribbons

Doesn't surprise me at all. I remember the CF2.0 update one year ago, where they said they were going to lose all ribbon tracks until that point due to a database update. So this might be the reason the system doesn't count as many matches as you do. I recently asked about those logs, and I was told they would take a look at it.

Back in the old days, there used to be way to track the clan ribbons. However, this was removed ever since they upgraded their clan pages.

I do hope in the future that this feature comes back.
