Where are our lazy GM'S?

Title says already! Where are our lazy GM'S? The servers are broken and people keep posting about scamming people while no one gives a crap about that (MidoLegend). Are they on vacation?
Most of them are still on vacation, Kanadian has said that there are only 3 people currently in the office (there's only so much 3 people can do!) -
Unfortunately we don't have lazy GM's. I'm an active GM though, so I'll answer! We are aware of server issues and are currently acting to rectify that. As for scamming, send a ticket regarding it and it will be looked into. Do not post users names though to accuse them of things, regardless of if they did it or not.

I sent tickets over 6 months ago and many have not been responded to. -

Kanadain good to see u again, but its better if u did close this thread, anyway, dude relax go play in north amirica servers, less lag there even if the ping goes up almost like 100 more than ur normal ping, if u need time to play the 40 hours u should play them in the first days even if ur busy like me, still if u finish the 40 hours and u need 30 min, its not big deal to get 30 every day as well, na servers saying come here baby -

Considering the game currently has a ticket response time of about 48 hours at most (barring long weekends and such, of course) I find this highly unlikely to be true. Should I go over to the Support area and check your ticket history for you, and we can look into anything that needs to be checked? -

I have a question about this. I know someone who scams people, scammed maybe 5-6 recently...
Could I send a ticket with his profile link and a few accounts that he scammed and you guys could do an IP check on them?
Would that work or it would be useless? -
WTH! Why was my name mentioned!! What do I have to do with the server crashes and the scams posts?!
Can someone explain? or maybe translate?

Perhaps you meant to refer to that post ^ but you weren't so good at explaining? I'm still the one who's being scammed tho, not the opposite. LOL -

If you have evidence of them scamming you can send it in. Just a profile and some accounts likely wouldn't go very far though. -

I also have a question, will support be able to tell the difference between satire and someone who is joking and a real scammer?
It can be very hard to deduce someone is just having a light hearted joke from one or maybe two screenshots. -

Only evidence I have is people saying they got scammed by 'him'
But by looking at the profiles, you can check their account info and IP used right?
You could see the last IP used on the scammed accounts and the old IPs (the ones from owners) and compare them to the scammer's IP (which is from Glendale, Cali)
Edit: if he doesn't get banned for scamming at least he'd get banned for "account sharing" -

Its worth submitting it, even if it doesn't get someone banned it at least puts them on the radar. -

Probably working above and beyond in their holidays, most likely with limited staff members to maintain your luxury entertainment service platform as best they can.
Potentially sitting in the office, on their computers and solving as many problems as they humanly can to try and give the best service possible with severely limited assets and working through Christmas and new year instead of being with their families.
Lazy is definitely not the word I would use, especially in such an unjustified context.

Or perhaps I misunderstood the question - Literally, the main office is based in North York, in Canada. Maybe the OP wants to volunteer his services as a computer software expert and solve these problems as part of his contribution to the Crossfire community. Plane tickets from the UK start at £350 return from London to Toronto Pearson...
