something to reduce score madness

hi all and hope GMs read this
how about daily exp limit for all players ? ( lets say from 5000 to 55000 exp ) and limit reputation also ( from 100 to 500 )
we need to stop those boosting clans that spoiled rank and break morality for other ppl .
red ranks now become dream for many players and exp farming going to madness .
stop those farming clans who own 1-3 million exp daily .
