Be a good samaritan and give him what he wants :P . Or be a good samaritan and get some one Arabic to message him this is wrong and he shouldn't give his ID and Password to any one and ask him to change his password immediately. Of course if you can;t convey that message get one of your friends who can to message him, or if you can't bother just ignore it.

Well, considering account sharing is against the ToS, you can actually report him for this 0.0 But if it was me I'd just ignore it, unless he's asking you to hack, scam or cheat using his account.
