I figured I'd take a picture seeing that he got 7k exp yesterday and ranked up and thought to myself watch him de-rank when I see him again.

That is pretty weird... I'd reckon it's either a bug or his rank may have been rolled back due to him levelling up so fast...

Wtf I checked his profile and looks like he was the red star. My guess is if you ask support to derank you and you're at max rank they could accept your request. Depends who's on support..............

Thing is he's Smiley. and even if that is true how does he keep de-ranking from sergeant back to happyface? lol

Maybe he asked support to remove his exp and not let him vll up again

His profile been saying he's marshal for months now but not ingame.

He does level up though then goes back to happyface, and never heard of them doing that.

Support told me they won't manually reset EXP upon users request after I asked for an EXP reset.

Its more likely a bug or he abused something which made support reset his rank due to exploiting something.

I've seen instances of this and none of the cases seems to be intentional (aka no one asked for it). The times I've seen it happen, it's been a bug which gets fixed if you send in a support ticket. Apparently they derank back to Smiley every time they log out or something 0.0

I doubt support helped him during holidays but I could be wrong they might of been in the office, but I just find it weird he decided to change IGN after I started to ask him about it. Not sure but every time he ranks up I see him next day back to happy face.

It's been well over a month of him doing it so not sure, but I guess he doesn't want to rank up and doesn't bother to send in a ticket so he enjoys de-ranking. lol

Yeah, based on the responses to this thread it seems like being able to derank would be a welcomed feature. I'd de-level if I could, too 0.0 I already take off all VIPs unless I'm using them e.e

Used IGN's don't become available until 90 days later so that wouldn't be the case. 0.0

Actually that screen shot was the first screen shot I saw where Z8Games sent a proper answer wich does not look like a "copy & paste" So atleast I'm happy for that!

He isn't stopped from ranking up though he gets the xp ranks up and the following day he somehow goes back to happy face. Just weird why/how one would hit sergeant and want to go back to happy face every time.
