Grumpy is referring to the 12 Days of Christmas ribbon, and he says that you will receive it today (when they get in the office).
As with the other ribbons:
Zombie Week
Harvest
Iron Man
The tracker for those 3 ribbons is up and working normally, so you'll still need to do those requirements to get those ribbons. (They'll probably be distributed New Year's Day [Jan 1st]) -

I doubt it seeing as the 12 Days of Christmas event has finished and Grumpy has said many times that they'll be distributed today. And plus the other 3 ribbons are still running and will end Dec 31st.
As soon as they get into the office we should have the 12 Days of Christmas ribbon (although the profile page will not show them as they update at midnight EST)
