There are MAC address bans given to the machines people use hacks on. Guess you got caught hacking on your computer, so it's now blocked from accessing Crossfire

Since is a public network, all PC from i'caffe have same external MAC adress over internet... so is a very high chances lots of kids was using hacks from there.

1. using your first location and PC - see what IP adress you have onver internet - use this site: https://www.whatismyip.com/ and wite the IP adress they give
read here: http://accc.uic.edu/answer/what-my-ip-address-mac-address and see how to find your MAC adress - write that adress on a paper

2. now go the other location you say you try - and do same steps and find IP over internet and MAC adress

Now you can compare those information you get.
If you get two different IP and same MAC adress - as i say before maybe you personally maybe don't use any hack - but for sure other person who play at your PC/laptop may use on his account... there you get a MAC adress block !

P.S. Not sure about and not tested :

1. if you have a PC/laptop directly connected to internet provider cable - may try to change or add a new internal LAN card - possible only for PC , for laptop/notebook is possible to change only WiFi card (LAN card not possible to change) - for laptop mostly won't help because WiFi connection means the laptop is wireless connected to a router - and the router adress seems to be banned

2. if you are using a router or ADSL modem - then must change the router / modem - because his MAC is banned.

Remember those 2 posibilites are not tested (and i even not want to test that !! it suppose to get a MAC ban fist !!! LOL ) - i just presume they may work !

Worst case scenario :

your internet provider is banned on his final gateway MAC adress - and your only chance is to change the provider - get your internet from another company !
