hey sir i did not play with hack or any third-party programmes i alwys play on internet cafes
and sometimes some kids downlowad some hacks i might opened on infected pc but i have no clue when this happened
please sir unban my account as i paid a alot of money on this game and i will not risk the value of my account or risk getting it banned for hacks
got permnanet ban from z8games , crossfire i don't know why i got banned , im the only owner for this account , im Rank 1 in game , maype too many people hate me
i just want to know why i got banned ?

and account get banned permanently i don't know why or how!!, but there an strange issue, that's when i try to login into the game i see notice about my account have been permanently blocked, but here on z8games.com website my account works fine and no notice about blocking account or banned, My account have full access to z8games and can access to profile, also can purchase zp, everything is ok like any normal account, so i think is that is bug or something like that, Account blocked on game but have full access on website!!
Can you Consider the case or account

If you open CrossFire on an infected PC, it's your own fault. You're supposed to check for malicious software before playing CF on a public PC. We can not help you on forums, send a support ticket.
