Which GM that can help me out?
Okay, i need to know which GM in the right position that can help me out here for my honorable ribbon. I know some of you might close this thread, and say we can't help you here. Only "SUPPORT" that can help me. But you guys know damn right that i have maybe 4 page of tickets. So anyway my Honorable ribbon was manually remove from a GM here because he/she think that i have a status that was never been taken care of. Which is BS because i have proof. Then one of the GM is trying to help me out but some GM said No. but now they said since i got recently banned now they can't give me the Honorable ribbon back. And i hot banned for 4 months and then later responded my ticket saying, the reason i got blocked because of you guys error.. so now i am posting this here because the support was no help for me after tickets of tickets.

and support is useless , all replies like robot they did copy @ paste and if i write here in forums they will tell you no help here go support ,but support won't hep anymore as i said berfore .
where can i go to get my unfair banned account back ?

Try talking to a MOD, through PM and explain in detail and with proof that 'Z8 banned you by mistake' and then ask 'why they have not yet returned your H.R'. Maybe then a MOD can forward it to a GM in Support Centre. (GM's take MOD's more seriously than they do with normal players). GL! -

Even a GM tried to help him, but other GMs refused it. I geuss they won't take a MOD srsly on this matter.

He got banned, then support unbanned him saying it was an error on their side
He lost the ribbon, but support won't give it back because he got "banned"

Although you have all proofs. You have 1 percent chance to bring back your ribbon.
Z8Games support is copy and paste robot!

We have a thread currently discussing things regarding the HSR. Because of that, yes I will close this thread. Furthermore, lets get a few things straight.
-Nobody manually removed your HSR. We don't do that. We have much more important things than removing your HSR for some random reason.
-Secondly, no GM was 'trying to help you out' and then had to stop because another GM said no. The GM you are referring to was only answering your private message to explain that that particular GM could not help you. As an added part to that, we dont do support and solve issue via forum PM.
