The Holiday Headshots event have not ended yet. It will end at 11 PM today when we take the servers down for maintenance. Until then, all play records are saved and calculated.

During the maintenance, the EP from the event will be distributed for users. Once you receive the EP, if you believe you should've received more, then please submit a support ticket and the support staff will answer you with information about your play record during this event, and if any games did not count, they will explain why.

Please wait until the maintenance is over before submitting a support ticket. Please also do not post repetitive threads on the forums regarding this event, as all possible information will be shared through support tickets for your specific account. As this event depends on numbers your account achieved, each case is different.

Unfortunately, several users particpated in abusing this event which resulted in many issues as we have all seen. While we understand why users would want to gain more EP, abuse almost always lead to more issues for the community overall.

We try our best to create events that wilk make players enjoy their time and the same time receive decent rewards. Therefore we would like to apologize for the several issues that came with this event and many others lately. We will do our best for these types of issues not to happen again!

Even though after deducting the logs for the abuse the highest community goal was not reached, however we will honor it and give the highest multiplier for all users who legitimately played and competed for this event. As for the users who particpated in abusing the event, we will give one and last time exception and we will not take any actions against the accounts. However, the EP for the accounts that were proven to partipcate will be signficantly reduced. They will still receive EP, but they should not receive more than legitimate users.

As we mentioned above, this issue will not happen again. For all future events, the actions of users who don't follow the rules should not affect the community and the legitimate players.
