Require Security Question to Change PW

Dear Z8games,

Please consider requiring security question & answer for changing passwords. Just an extra layer of security to protect user accounts. Simple things like these could save tons of users...

They can always ask support to change the email if they remember enough imformation about their accounts

Chances of that happening is slim to none, and no one wants to deal with support. Anyone could steal an account if all they require is the old password to change it.

I tried asking them to change my email since I had forgotten the password couple years ago but they kept saying something that I answered was wrong without telling which area is I had entered an incorrect answer I tried for months with support and got the same reply over and over, I stopped trying like 2-3 months ago, hope the change they way they handle this kind of situation. Don't know why they can't just look at the IP that keeps logging into that account on a daily basis and help me change my email.
