filtering PING function

I know there are many people from many countries who plays this and I don't mean to disrespect those players or anything but when I'm getting ping of average of 52 and I play with people with ping of 100 and higher it just doesn't work.

I complain about it, the other player also complains about it

So I was wondering if we can have something like filtering PING function where you create a room with limiting X average number of ping

so example would be like you make a room with ping that says >100 (below 100 average ping) then anyone who has higher average ping of 100 cannot join that game

and if you want to get even more creative you can do something like between 50 and 100; basically making it more specific which players can join

Thats a nice idea, cuz my ping is 160 and i cant mess with the canadian players ;>
