Error when I login the game

Hi there...! I tried to download the game in window 10 but it's not working for my computer.. the problems is CROSS FIRE ERROR. DO YOU WANT TO REPORT?
So how can I fix it?

I assume it's a fresh Windows 10 Install?

If so, download DirectX at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

And update your Drivers and see if that doesn't fix it.

I had the same problem too in a PC that i just installed windows 7. I solved that when i installed the graphic card drivers. Also check what Preset said.
