Lost account.

Hello, my name was HellCattX, the only and I had open my account in 2009. I regularly go out of town to do work, and my now EX girl friend had access to all my accounts to pay for bills ect. She left me and traded away all my gaming accounts from any game I had... Now I did not give her any permission to sell, trade or give away my account, but because she knew my passwords, guessed it right, and traded my crossfire account HellCattX / randyproulx@hotmail.com to someone I don't know. I tried to log in after getting back into town, and I was told my account password was incorrect, so I tried a password reset, and was told my account was not recoverable.... So I had to make this account, ArmyBarbie to put in a support ticket. I have credit card statements, pcgamesupply.com records that price it's my account, but every time I've sent in a support ticket, it was automatically closed. I just want my old account back as I had no intention of ever getting ride if it. I really don't want to lose my account, but I don't want someone else using it either. I only have ever had one email address, and it's the one I had to use to make this new account. If there is any admin / GM that will actualy help me with this, I would be most grateful. Thank you for your time to read this, and if any GM or Admin wants my credit card statement or PC game supply account stamens, let me know, as no one looks at it when I send them in a support ticket.

    You can try to send in a Support Ticket under "Account Recovery". Make sure you fill out the form and hopefully, they can help you out there!
  • Ive done that like 7 times now with adding screenshots and private info attached, They all got Automatically CLOSED without any kind of investigation.

    This isnt a story, as this is NOT the only game account that ive had this happen to. I'm not some stupid punk kid. I'm 30+ years old, and though i could trust someone i could not, and got completely screwed over for it.

    Oh and if I were you I would not mention you shared your account, this will only lower your chance of getting it back.
  • Again, I did not share any game account information, however she needed access to my bank accounts and PayPal accounts, email, ect while I was outta town, and alot of my passwords are similar, she probably just got it right. Trying to explain this over a support ticket leads to auto closure.... But the person who actual is using my account gets away with it... All they have to do is check when my email was taken off the crossfire profile to know when it happened... As I only have one email.
  • So, I'm going to just figured I got the royal bone here, and someone else is getting away with playing on my account .... Way to go.... If GM Sladin was still in charge, at least the account would of been locked pending further evaluation... I just wish an Admin would look into this issue, as I spent alot of money on that account.... So if no one does anything, I'm going to figure no one cares, and people can just get away with what ever with out repercussions. This is really sad, that I'm going to probably quit this game entirely.
  • the only personal that can help you is the support team here in the forums no one can help regarding sensitive account information, try and send them a ticket explaining what happened and hope they can solve this for you.
    also include as much information in the ticket as you can .
