I also did not recieve any rewards. I already wrote the support and I also posted screenshots which proof that I finished all tasks, but they said I am not on the list.

LMAOOO i just got the message that I didn't do the missions on their logs. GMs u funny, I'm literally done.
sent a ticket 2 times with these pictures took this around late November. and they don't seem to be opening it.

I have screenshots aswell, and they said the same, even though i've done everything atleast twice since i also helped a few mates do it...
But their logs don't lie, we're lying...
honestly keep the rewards, they're useless anyway, but fix the damn tracker.

They already said that I will get nothing and that it was their last reply and final answer. They don't take a second looking at the screenshots and just look on the logs. In a normal company this would not work, but here it is the normal business. They think we are just stupid kids and they don't have to make any effort for us.

Sorry to hear but I never do those long month events because of what happened to my clan mate and now you guys it's better just to do the mini events don't bother to do long month ones. If you have screenshots I see no reason why they wouldn't assist you, Ask a MOD to forward it to GM.

Z8 is not a normal company sadly.

Well a GM confirmed that regardless of what tracker says support's word is final. Why have a tracker that tells you what you have "done" if it's useless to their eyes and only follow the log. smh
