Squads / RTH Mode

We already know CF:NA is basically bombing us with free stuff and bonuses that are honestly a bit too much, but i don't mind that, it's not like everyone else is getting it while i'm not, and the bonuses actually kill the Pay2Win criers, So my following suggestion is basically going to have a bit more bonus, or a bit more rewards in general.
You see how some people are crazy about their in game characters, and some people collect them for the fun of it, Might aswell include a squad system, in other words LA:SWAT, SWAT, SWAT 2.0 and STAR for an example are a squad, the VIPER and the Trinity can be a squad, if you play with those characters on your team while you're in a squad you receive 5% more GP, just an example, before entering the game you can "Create a squad" and those who own a character that can fit your own, assuming you own an LA SWAT, Those who own an LA SWAT, SWAT, SWAT 2.0, STAR can join your squad and you all receive the bonus when the game ends, squad disbands immediately after the game ends.
This will make friends purchase similar characters, and overall be fun.
now to the RTH Mode (Rescue the Hostage) - 2 Expansions
Example: First expansion
GR starts outside a building and BL starts inside the building, BL has to keep the 3 hostages alive, GR has to eliminate the BL team, after 2 minutes have passed, BL gains 200% damage increase, another way the GR can win is to stand next to a hostage for 5 seconds pressing E, BL Mustn't let that happen, or eliminate the GR team, or delay them for 4 minutes, which is when BL wins.
Example: Second expansion.
GR starts at a street and must escort the VIP to their HQ, BL Spawns on the buildings on the side of the road, their mission is to kill the VIP, eliminating the entire GR team isn't a win, the VIP is a bot that stays within range of the commander selected randomly at the start of the round, the second round he follows the top GR player, if he dies, he follows the second one and so on. if they all die, he will run directly towards the HQ, the VIP is a heavily armored bot with 1500 HP to eliminate 1 shots in the game and to keep it fair, Eliminating the BL team is a win. BL has windows to snipe from and ambushes that can be used on the street itself. first shot exposes the location of the Black List member, GR Also has one tower that someone can snipe from. but it will be somewhat useless if BL decides to go unnoticed most of the round.
