permanent ban for no reason
i dont know what kind of investigation you made but is clearly an eror in your sistem. I am playing this game from 2011 and i never use hak , or alternate programs, i even stop playing the game in 2014 because hak situation, after i purchase a vip wepon. So i start playing again 2 weeks ago , and i see the game is 80% clean, i even send a suport tiket when i found a haker , and u tell me i use haks when nobody use? I am honorable soldier , i will let you check my pc for haks via team viever or other admin programs, only my mistake was to reinstal the game(from your site) and i got an eror " disconect from server " then when i log in again give me :permanent bloked! Let's say your hwg sistem detect some game modification , after 5 years of honorable soldier(and zp buyer) they ban mee permanent? , after all this years who i got killed by ur haker who u never baned, every time i send a hak-report i check that profile weeks after weeks and they was never baned so i waste time for hak-reports.
Mabe game was sufer some modification from other security program of my pc , but if u check my KD at ent of each day i played u will see is 1.1-1.2 -is not a haker KD and i am pretty sure i was never been reported in 5 years because i was always clean. Please do more investigation .
If you anti cheat sistem will continue to bann legit player , soon will be only rooky player in game and all old player will stop playing bcz they will be scared to enter in game to take ban for no reason. I was intended to congratulate for antihak sistem update , and a love the new clean game , but i see is a big mistake , if u use skipe/ts3/lion/lime/ or other comunicate program like ingame-audichat, u risk to be permanent blocked. i was prepared to make this cristmas rebonn but if suport center dont make a real investigation and will give me an automatic response , i am forced to R.I.P Cf for life, mabe i will ask in laws to give me my vip wepon money back. It should give me a 3 day ban if they found somethink suspicios, not direct permanent - HWG is a program, not a person , a program can do mistake! RIP Lieutenant Colonel 6 !

Nobody on the forums will be able to help you with your issue.- but what is the porpose of a forum if nobody can help me? a forum is a place whwre a lot of ppl create discution abot a problem , why GM doesnt involve in forum complain? I alredy send 2 support tiket an they just give me an automated answer- IS imposible to permanent block an account by hwg sistem - i understand if they are a real proof af haking like a reply (hak report) then u can make first ban permanent, but hwg is a program who can get errors . why i will use haks on an 5 years accoun with vip wepon on it ? a big LoL for suport center!

My account is over 8 years old and nothing like this has happened before to me. The only way your going to get scammed is by sharing your account information with other people. -
i never shared my account info , but i play cf from 3-4 location, home,work,my parents house/ my brother - funy think i was banned at my home :P. u can check they are a lot of ppl in my situation and suport center dont help us ... today server crash, so is clear game have big problem , they just dont whant to admit !

If stuff say sent support ticket then you have to sent support ticket for a chance to be helped.
why u lose ur time to post, a ticket will been seen it for only 1 person and if he is layzy will give automated answer with no verification, here they are more than a GM, and mabe 1 o them will have time to check my problem/my accout. Ppl like you are the one who make us to never post a problem- post hunter-who they think tehy are more smart then other. Thank you for your precious time ! -
account get banned permanently i don't know why or how!!, but there an strange issue, that's when i try to login into the game i see notice about my account have been permanently blocked, but here on z8games.com website my account works fine and no notice about blocking account or banned, My account have full access to z8games and can access to profile, also can purchase zp, everything is ok like any normal account, so i think is that is bug or something like that, Account blocked on game but have full access on website!!
