Clan Name Bug?

So I was trying to make a clan with a clan name I used a long time ago, but it always says its unavailable. I'm aware of the 90 day rule but its been a year already and I still can't claim ownership of the name? So is the system broken or what? Can a mod help me plz!!
(I also sent in multiple support tickets long time ago and our "great" staff always tells me to wait 90 days like WHAT MORE CAN I DO????)

I'm sure that nobody on the forums can help you with this issue. This issue can only be solved by the staff at Z8Games so your only option is to send in a Support ticket.

Making taking screenshots of when the clan was created and attaching it to the Support ticket might help.

Are you sure noone took that name already?
Cause after 90 days, it won't be available for you only I believe. If you are sure. Maybe you miscounted or smth ;so wait a few more days.
