Slaughter Ticket lost

Hello, so I bought a slaughter ticket for the first time and then entered a Zombie Mode game and around 20th round my game totally lagged and then I got the message of { Failed to connect to host server } so after that occured I searched for my slaughter ticket and it was GONE, I didnt event got a chance to use my first slaughter ticket and as you can imagine it is disappointing and sad for me.
I wish someone can help me solve this.

How many tickets did you buy? You randomly 'use' a slaughter ticket when you damage ANY zombie. I can't imagine you would have any left after Wave 20.

Pretty much this. You probably used them without realising and have the random items you obtained from them in your storage. Starting Zombie Mode at WAVE 1 with Slaughter tickets and not using them up, seems like a near impossible task (unless you don't kill any zombies which I doubt is the case for you). Just check your storage for items and equipment that the slaughter tickets would of given you randomly.
